If you can find the same product cheaper within 24 hours of confirming your booking with Holiday Extras, it's yours for FREE* (the few applying terms and conditions are listed below)
Please ensure that the product (or package of products) you are comparing is identical in all respects and that it meets the terms set out below. Any variation means we can neither match the price, nor refund the cost.
Terms & conditions:
Airport parking, Port parking, Airport hotels, Port hotels and Airport lounges in the UK:
- The parking, hotel or lounge product, or package of products under comparison must be the same in every respect, including cancellation terms, and at the same hotel/car park/lounge as that which you purchased from Holiday Extras.
- 2. Where multiple rooms are booked each room is regarded as a separate product.
- 3. You must make your claim within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Holiday Extras.
- 4. Successful claims will not be paid until after the return date originally booked.
- 5. You must use the products or package as per the booking against which you are making your claim.
- 6. Cancellation of the booking cancels your right to claim under this guarantee.
- 7. Comparison prices must be listed and quoted in pounds sterling.
Sorry, but our guarantee excludes the following:
- 1. Airport transfers and taxis to the airport.
- 2. Airport security and passport fast track.
- 3. Insurance products.
- 4. Coach travel.
- 5. Car hire.
- 6. Theme park and theatre breaks.
- 7. Prices from other suppliers conditional on buying other products.
- 8. Prices that are part of a customer loyalty, members' or loyalty reward scheme.
- 9. Prices that are part of any discount scheme.
- 10. Bookings made with vouchers.
- 11. Prices that are part of any other discount or special offer deal.
- 12. Hotel with coach products.
- 13. Hotels or parking in the Republic of Ireland.
- 14. London city centre hotels.
- 15. Rail packages.
- 16. London city centre parking.
- 17. Overseas lounges.
Note:
When calculating the Free If Guarantee we consider only the price of the product or package, not any additional fees or charges e.g. Airport drop off fees.
VAT:
Our suppliers' reservation and booking systems can vary in the way they round up or round down the VAT element of the total price payable. Because of this, our Free If Guarantee will not apply to price-differences of five pence or less where we have established that the VAT calculation is the sole reason for the difference.
How to claim:
You must have made a booking with Holiday Extras and within 24 hours, provide photographic evidence including time and date stamp of the cheaper price found elsewhere. All claims can be submitted on this form. When reviewing your Free if claim, Holiday Extras decision is final.
